The new President of the RRF
Last October 27, reporting conference Biathlon Union of Russia for the 2006-08 biennium. A лександр Ivanovich Tikhonov has resigned from his post as President of the RRF. By unanimous decision of members of the Board RRF to the post, was elected president «Group ONEKSIM» Mikhail D. Prokhorov. Tikhonov also unanimously elected the first vice-president of the RRF.
