We appeal to you as a leader Rossporta, as well as to the man who knows all the problems of athletes.
Please help us to restore the team to participate in international competitions Rozhkova Sergei. We believe that Alexander Ivanovich Tikhonov received not a sport, and reduces the personal accounts. This discredits him as Olympic champion and four as head of the federation.
